Colorado Roofing Association (CRA) Calls for Award Nominations!

CRA is looking for Colorado roofing professionals who deserve recognition for their excellence. 

Awards are important not only for the culture of our industry but also to the branding of roofing professionalism.  It is all about cultivating the Roofing Respect that RoofersCoffeeShop is built on and preaches.  For over 20 years, the Colorado Roofing Association (CRA) has seen and showcased some incredible jobs and honored many amazing individuals. Every year they are raising the bar and showcasing the incredible work of Colorado roofing professionals. 

The Annual CRA Awards Dinner is a chance to celebrate and honor deserving individuals and companies as the best of the best in rocky mountain roofing. The awards dinner will be held Thursday, February 23, 2023, but before then, the CRA wants to see your outstanding work!  Let your professionalism and expertise shine, submit a nomination (or two) for the Job of the Year Award or nominate a worthy individual for a Lifetime Achievement Award.  

Award dinner submission categories 

Job of Year Award - Job of the Year awards are given to roofing contractors in recognition of their outstanding work. Awards are given based on size of contract. Nominated projects must have been worked on and completed between December 2021 and November 2022.  

First Timer Award - Your company must be submitting a job nomination for the first time in the past 19 years. Based on the numbers of entries received, jobs will be categorized by contract dollar size if necessary. 

Lifetime Achievement Award - The Lifetime Achievement award is given to an individual in the roofing industry whose contributions have impacted our industry in a positive way. A Lifetime nominee should be an individual who has contributed to the success, development and continuation of the Colorado Roofing Industry. You may nominate anyone who is currently working in the industry, retired from the industry, or is deceased.  

The winners will be announced at the CRA Awards Dinner.  It is an evening to honor the “Best of the Best” in Colorado’s Roofing projects and to highlight the achievements of their members. Recognition is given to contractors in both the steep and low slope roofing categories and a Lifetime Achievement Awards will be presented to an outstanding individual who has contributed to Colorado’s Roofing industry.  Be sure to join the fun on Thursday, February 23, 2023!
