Calling for Nominations for the CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award

NRCA Community Involvement 2022
December 6, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.

By National Roofing Contractors Association.

Highlight the acts of good done this year in the roofing industry and win more money for charity by nominating NRCA members for the CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award.

The roofing industry is notorious for being an industry that is community minded and dedicated to giving back. The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and CNA want to shine a light on the charitable works and generosity of the roofing industry, which is why they are calling for nominations for their CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award.

The CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award recognizes and honors the charitable works done this year by NRCA contractor members. Any charitable projects, activities or donations completed between January 1, 2022 and December 16, 2022 that are submitted will be considered for this award. Projects can be submitted until December 16, and the winning submissions will win a donation to their charity of choice.

Winning charities will receive:

First place: $7,500
Second place: $5,000
Third place: $2,500
People’s Choice: $1,500

Winners will be notified by February 2023, and the awards will be presented March 8, 2023, at NRCA’s Industry Awards Ceremony and Cocktail Reception during NRCA’s 136th Annual Convention in Dallas.

Submit your entries by December 16 for your chance to win!

Any charitable project undertaken by an NRCA contractor member is eligible. Projects, activities or donations do not need to involve roofing work; for example, funds raised for a cause or volunteer work at a children’s hospital would qualify.

Each entry should contain the following:

  • An entry form

  • An in-depth description of the charitable work performed (a minimum 100-word description is required)

  • A testimonial from the receiving charity explaining how the donation helped its operations

  • Other relevant supporting materials, including photos, videos, press links, etc.

The judging panel must have ample understanding of the charitable work/donation to best select winners. The winner of the People’s Choice award will be selected by the public via online voting.

View the official entry form and enter your work of charity today!
