If you have been looking for a way to give back to your community, now is a great opportunity as Wounded Warriors Family Support (WWFS) is looking for contractors to help promote their fundraiser for their Roofers for Warriors project. This is also a perfect engagement opportunity for roofers and their clients to fundraise together and to highlight some of the amazing veterans that work at your company.
WWFS has made it very easy to participate in the fundraising effort as they have developed a free platform for your company to raise funds with. Visit the Roofers for Warriors fundraising page here: https://givebutter.com/RoofersForWarriorsOmaha and click on the “Fundraise” button to create your company team. Personalize your company's logo by adding your unique color scheme, and take a moment to explain why supporting veterans is close to your company's heart. You can then share the page with your network of friends, family, followers, and clients. Your team's fundraising efforts will be credited to your company thanks to the direct links provided to your own company page.
To enhance your promotional efforts, feel free to use the Roofers for Warriors and WWFS logos to create your own personalized materials. This approach not only benefits an important cause, but also promotes your company's brand and values. Join the effort to support veterans and give back to those who have given so much to our country.
Participants should also feel free to advertise the effort in places other than just their website. Use your social media presence as a way to spread awareness. WWFS will also actively be sharing the fundraising efforts on their Facebook with over 100,000 followers and they will be boosting their posts in active markets.
Find out more about the fundraising efforts here and if you have any questions, you can contact Dustin Pearson at 531-200-4144 or dustin.pearson@wwfs.org.
