“When you service them and do a good job servicing them and the time comes for a job you've got a distinct advantage over competition,” says Kyle. “I talked to our customers openly about that. If they know how you perform and your people perform, you're going to have an advantage. And I want to negotiate work, I don’t want to hard bid work.”
