Ron Harriman retires and Vince Ellison steps in as new leader.

Benchmark, Inc., a nationwide leader in roof and pavement consulting services, today announced the retirement of its leader, Ron Harriman, and the appointment of Vince Ellison as the company’s new head. This leadership transition continues to support the growth and success under Harriman’s guidance. Harriman’s last day will be June 30, 2024. 

Under Ron Harriman’s leadership, Benchmark significantly expanded its footprint across the nation, providing unparalleled technical expertise and consulting services to companies with multiple facilities and complex assets. Harriman’s strategic vision for the company and passion for excellence grew out of having served with Kent Mattison, Benchmark's former Owner and CEO, for 25 years. Benchmark is a revered industry leader in roof and pavement evaluation, design, and construction phase services with a purpose to develop strong relationships and deliver proven results.

Vince Ellison will take over the reins as Benchmark steps into its next phase of innovation and growth. Ellison spent the last two years working alongside Harriman to ensure a smooth transition.
