Do you know a vet who is in need of roof repairs? Many veterans who have served our country will face adversity in the years following their service, be it financial issues, unemployment, health-related issues or homelessness.
Beacon of Hope was created to give back to veterans who need a safe place to live. Beacon Building Products hopes to inspire their employees and customers, and to a larger degree, the community to come together with their efforts in offering a “Beacon of Hope.”
"Everyone deserves a safe home secured by a reliable roof, especially the men and women who have given so much to our country. The Beacon of Hope contest supports veterans with new roofs and uplifted spirits. It is our privilege to give back to the veterans and their families who live in our communities,” says Beacon Building Products CEO Julian Francis.
This national campaign awards six veterans with a new roof including all exterior roof repairs/replacement necessary and an additional six veterans will receive $2,500 toward their roof repairs. Nominations are open to any qualifying veteran living in U.S. at the time of the contest and over 18 years old. You can nominate yourself or another veteran.
