Are You Prepared for OSHA?

Adams and Reese Being Prepared for OSHA
April 26, 2023 at 6:00 a.m.

By Anna Lockhart.

Join in on the conversation with industry experts on how to prepare your team for OSHA.

RoofersCoffeeShop® has made it easier than ever for members of the roofing and construction industries to learn how they want, when they want, where they want with their Read, Listen, Watch (RLW) initiative. Whether you want to read a transcript, listen to a podcast or watch a webinar, the Coffee Shop has made it possible for you to learn your way.

In the upcoming Read, Listen, Watch webinar, Heidi J. Ellsworth sits down with Kyle Rea of Adams & Reese LLP to discuss what contractors can do to prepare their business and team for OSHA inspections and citations.

Kyle serves as special counsel at Adams & Reese LLP and brings with him a wealth of background knowledge and experience in construction law, bond law, contract review and drafting. His background experience has made him a knowledgeable source of what goes into workplace and safety citations from OSHA and what contractors can do to protect themselves and their teams from visitations and citations.

In this RLW, Kyle will discuss the three major keys to an OSHA visit and what the process of those inspections looks like from start to finish. The knowledge he provides can help contractors better identify possible causes of citations and how to prevent them in their day-to-day work environment.

OSHA violations are serious business, and it is crucial that employers and employees both know what those are and how to prevent them in the first place. Kyle will also discuss the latest OSHA violations and what those look like in the workplace, and how business owners can take the proper precautions and help educate their staff to make sure they aren’t violated.

Register now to join in on the conversational webinar and learn the basics of OSHA inspections and how to get your team ready for when they happen.
