Advanced Roofing’s Superintendent Receives National Roofing Industry Best of the Best Award

The National Roofing Contractors Association's Best of the Best Award is a national recognition that honors the top roofer within the industry.

Advanced Roofing, Inc., announced that team member Terry Tilson was named a winner in the Roofing Alliance 2022-2023 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards Program.  Additionally, Terry received top honors by being selected Best of the Best among all the winners.  

The MVP Awards program celebrates workers who are outstanding employees within their companies and recognizes them for their outstanding performance.  They are characterized by having a strong work ethic, showing leadership, initiative and resourcefulness, earning an outstanding safety record, supporting their co-workers and going above and beyond.  

Terry is described as a role model to roofers at all stages of their careers. He is known for his commitment to craftsmanship, his superior knowledge of roofing systems and strong work ethic. With more than 40 years in the trade, Terry’s strong work ethic serves as a model for all who follow him. 

Leading with his heart, Terry volunteers his time as a teacher at the American Builders and Contractors Association Institute Apprenticeship program and as a presenter at the Broward County Boys & Girls Club Construction Career Day. He is dedicated to mentorship and developing the next generation of roofers.
