ABC Supply Co., Inc. strengthens leadership team with three key promotions

Andy Callaway, Frank Marcoccio and Jonathan Shepherd accept new leadership roles instrumental to shaping ABC Supply's future and continued success.

ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and other select exterior and interior building products in North America, has announced three significant promotions, made effective March 1, 2025. Andy Callaway, Frank Marcoccio and Jonathan Shepard have demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication over the years, each playing a key role in driving the company’s success and growth.

Andy Callaway has been promoted to senior vice president of merchandising. In addition to his current leadership of Mule-Hide and Norandex, Andy will now oversee two more of ABC Supply’s strategic business units — American Construction Metals (ACM) and the Catalog division. This expansion further integrates ABC Supply’s private brands into its merchandising strategy, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to customers. He joined ABC Supply in late 2016 as a member of its merchandising team when the company acquired L&W Supply. Andy was named executive director of enterprise merchandising in October 2022 and was later promoted to vice president of merchandising for ABC Supply in July 2023.

Frank Marcoccio has been promoted to chief administrative officer of ABC Supply and chief operating officer of L&W Supply. In his new role as chief administrative officer, Frank will focus on enhancing enterprise-level strategy and planning. As chief operating officer, he will oversee the L&W Supply field operations to drive growth and market expansion. He will continue championing the company’s focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction. Frank joined ABC Supply in 2010 as the low slope business manager for the Southeast Region through the company’s acquisition of Bradco Supply. He later served as Georgia District manager before his promotion to vice president of the Southeast Region in January 2019. 

Jonathan Shepard has been promoted to president of ABC Supply’s branch operations. In his role, he will lead branch field teams and oversee operations at the company’s National Support Center, ensuring efficiency and enhanced customer service. Jonathan joined ABC Supply in 2010 as the low slope business manager of the Southwest Region following the company’s acquisition of Bradco Supply. In January 2014, he became president of Mule-Hide Products before he was appointed to vice president of ABC Supply’s Southwest Region in January 2019.
