The Hip and Valley Roofing Shear is the optimal metal roofing tool.

If you’re looking for something that can cut hips and valleys on metal roofing panels, then the Hip and Valley Roofing Shear M64 from Swenson Shear is the tool for you.

The M64 Eliminates burred edges and flying metal. It also makes cutting exposed fastener panel extremely easy and is Ideal for shearing heavy gauge exposed-fastener panels. It has the ability to shear straight at 90 degrees and up to a 9/12 valley.

The Hip and Valley Shear is a versatile tool that makes cutting complex roof shapes easier. One of its key features is the custom blade set that comes with each shear. Unlike generic blade sets, these blades are tailored to fit specific profiles and pitches, ensuring that you get accurate and clean cuts every time. Switching between blade sets takes only a few minutes. All that is needed to switch the blades is a 3/16″ Allen Wrench and 1/2″ wrench.

What's more, the M64 shear's base is designed to accommodate interchangeable blades, making it easy to switch between different profiles as needed. Whether you're working on a complicated roof with multiple angles or simply need to make a few quick cuts, the Hip and Valley Shear has got you covered.

And if you need to cut a different profile than what your custom blade set can handle, don't worry. Additional blade sets are available for order, giving you the flexibility to tackle any job that comes your way.

One of the best features of the M64 shear is that it’s extremely light and transportable as it only weighs 160 pounds. The Hip and Valley Roofing Shear M64 is also proudly designed and manufactured in the United States.
