A product promise that just got better!

APOC Coating Product Warranty
December 22, 2023 at 3:00 a.m.

By Dani Sheehan.

A top producer of primers, coatings, adhesives, sealants and accessory products, APOC gives you the manufacturing experience and support you can count on.

We already know that APOC offers quality products and services to their customers that maximize performance, energy efficiency and productivity. They also have a longstanding history of guaranteeing their products by offering a variety of warranties. Now, they’ve improved them even more! Warranties vary by product, system, climate, roof type and other criteria, but we’ve gathered some information below to help outline the general guidelines. Make sure you use an APOC-Certified Applicator to install your APOC products to ensure your warranties.

Material Warranties

  • Product warranty: All product warranties are listed on the packaging. The product is guaranteed by APOC to be free of defects for the lifetime of the existing roof, if it remains in sound condition, from the date of purchase.
  • System material warranty: The substrate on which the system is applied, the system materials and the thickness of the applied products will determine the length of the warranty offered. You can register your system warranty and find more information on duration in their system warranty guide
  • Labor and material warranty: When you hire an APOC-certified applicator to install your project, APOC offers several labor and material system warranties. After the first roof inspection and approval, appropriate systems and warranties will be determined. They have additional details in their labor and material warranty guide

If you believe your APOC materials are not performing as promised, you can also submit a warranty claim by emailing or sending written notice by mail within 30 days of discovering the defect.

APOC stands behind their products and services, and with their new and improved warranty process, you won’t have to worry about anything. For additional warranty information, visit APOC’s warranty page. For upcoming training dates, visit APOC’s education and training page and become an APOC-Certified Applicator yourself.
