The use of smartphones and tablets by contractors continues to grow. Taking photos, viewing proposals and using roof visualizers have all helped contractors operate more efficiently but it’s time to take the next step and incorporate eSignatures into your contract process. 3 – Security When signed contracts reside in the cloud, they can’t get lost. Your staff has immediate access to the files and can get started sooner on processing and ordering. You also have 24/7 access to the files and can access them whenever you need them, no matter where you are.

4 – Legally binding eSignatures are legally binding and recognized as legitimate forms of signature. Most reputable eSignature services provide legal assistance should a dispute arise over the legitimacy of a signature. Using a time-stamped eSignature with location accuracy eliminates the worry for potential forgery or dispute.

5 – Happy customers Today’s customers expect fast, safe and accurate contract documents. Once both parties sign everyone receives a copy of the document. Having access to an electronic copy of the document is something customers appreciate.
