4 Steps to Free Up 10 Hours A Week – Part 3

Last week we talked about what is keeping you too busy and how to uncover new options to create more time. This week we will look at the last step to free up 10 hours a week and what you can expect from the process.

By Greg Hayne, Hayne Coaching Group

Step 4: Launch and Hang On Don’t be surprised when things get better, but there will be occasions when it feels like you are taking two steps forward and one step backward. (If you don’t have at least some of this going on, you probably aren’t dreaming big enough.)

As your plans move you forward and the growth you’ve always wanted begins to materialize, here is what you will discover: New problems appear! New things will try to drag you back again into the “daily deluge” of details. Want to know when this will occur? Almost immediately!

Summary Growing your business will not involve these four steps just once. Growing involves change and changes require adjustments. You will find yourself going thru these steps again and again. What will happen is that you will start to think differently and that new mindset will help you, be applicable, to the new challenges as they arise. As your business grows, you will grow too.

What You Can Do, Right Now. If you decide to schedule the free 30 minute, no obligation consult here are the three things you can expect from the consultation:

  1. Improved Clarity. We will start walking you thru the steps, uncovering some of those deeper level things that have been keeping you from making the progress you seek. When we are finished, you will have a better understanding of everything that is ensnaring you into those day-to-day details and keeping you from devoting more of your time toward growth initiatives.
  2. New Options and Choices. Once you have better clarity you will find options. Like we said, some of these may be very obvious, but we will also help you to dig a little deeper to uncover as many as we can. From these, you can build a plan.
  3. Action Steps. We would expect that you will have a clear plan of action to follow to at least begin to move forward. Some of these steps you should be able to start immediately. (Some may take more planning.)

If you are ready to actually get past what is keeping you too busy, click here to contact us at Hayne Coaching Group today and schedule a free, no obligation 30 minute “Get Through The Steps” appointment.
