“I look at what technology does for the roofing contractor. It's really three things. It's communication, organization, and standardization,” says Lynn, the director of operations for AccuLynx. “Once you can standardize it and you can replicate it and you can scale it, now your business really grows. And if you're doing that, you're probably doing it more efficiently than you were when you're doing with paper. So now, you're making more money.”
Brady, who runs business development at EagleView, attests that when you’re more detailed on your workflows, you’ll be able to earn more profit and learn how to scale that profit.
