3 insights on the power of tech integration

Jobba 3 insights on the power of tech integration
July 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

By Emma Peterson.

Learn how Jobba’s software is helping contractors grow their businesses by improving their customer service and operational efficiency.

Technology is changing the world around us every day, and that includes the way companies in the roofing industry do business. Heidi J. Ellsworth, with the assistance of Karol Weyman from Jobba Trade Technologies, hosted a multi-part CoffeeCast™ series covering the power of integrating technologies, like the Jobba software, into the everyday management of business operations. In the closing episode, Karol and Heidi highlighted three of their top takeaways from the series.

1 - Business growth

As Heidi and Karol spoke to contractors all over the country about how Jobba’s cutting-edge technology is helping improve customer service operations, the duo noted how each of the interviewed companies were great examples of how the integration of technology into basic business functions is directly tied to business growth. Karol explained, “Watching the growth of these companies from when they started until where they are now with Jobba has been really exciting to see. And it’s important to understand that switching software isn't easy for anybody, but that it led to great growth.”

Making sure that the right people are doing the right jobs within your company and implementing new training with a new software program can be time-consuming at first, but the interviewed companies’ stories show that it is worth it in the long run.

2 - Data and reporting

Heidi emphasized the capabilities of the Jobba software that these businesses have implemented and how they proved to be incredibly useful when organizing and collecting data. She shared, “What I loved hearing was how the contractors really were celebrating the transparency that they were able to show to their customers with the software. Which was delighting those customers because leaks were getting fixed faster, invoicing, they knew what the costs were, they could see what was going on.” Jobba’s software helps contractors running businesses of all sizes make sure they can present information to clients in a professional and transparent way, ensuring the project runs smoothly.

3 - Support from Jobba

Another point that made itself apparent throughout this series was the substantial amount of support that Jobba provides software users. Heidi noted the hard work and effort the Jobba team puts into supporting the contractors using the program, sharing how the feedback from those they interviewed was overwhelmingly positive. This is something that Karol and her team have worked hard to achieve and pride themselves in. She reflected, “When you hear it from the contractors and their impression of us, it really speaks for itself, and it makes me really proud to be with a company that cares so much.”
