Cotney Construction Law grew immensely over the course of 2018 and is expected to follow suit in 2019. As the firm continues to grow, we have continued to develop the systems and technologies that make providing our clients with the best legal services our top priority.
With our sustained growth, we realized that contractors go through the same growing pains that we have experienced. How to manage cash flow and how to create scalable processes. As we continued to look at how we can help our roofing contractors, we realized like us, they needed to look at monthly budget predictability and risk management.
In fact, we believe in the need for this type of organizational planning so much that we have taken our own experiences and worked to develop the services that we know contractors need for sustained growth. I would recommend above all that contractors take the time in 2019 to review the most important documents in your business with special attention to safety, immigration and employee manuals.
At Cotney Construction Law, we are doing the same, reviewing our employee manuals, processes and overall safety for both employees and clients. We plan on continuing to invest in computer systems, communication technology, internet presence, and other emerging technologies throughout 2019 to better serve our clients and empower our employees.
But as we worked through our own scalability and growth, we realized that contractors need the same processes. So, in 2018 we developed a subscription plan service specifically targeted at helping contractors’ businesses. We are recommending this type of service to create budgetary predictability and utilize review services for safety, immigration, employee practices and overall security. We also highly recommend finding the right technologies to power these reviews and practices.
Subscription plans offer services based on monthly payment plans for non-litigation matters. Different subscription service plan options will be available based upon the needs of the client. Subscription services take the uncertainty out of the cost of legal services and provide a monthly bill that is good for your budget.
2018 was a great year for Cotney Construction Law and the roofing industry overall. Our firm has no doubt 2019 will be much of the same. We are proud to be a part of the roofing industry and working hand-in-hand with contractors across the country to build professional, sustainable and profitable roofing companies by minimizing legal worries.
