FRSA Roofing Training Center Available for Rent

The FRSA Roofing Training Center is able to be rented by both members and nonmembers.

The Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA) Educational Foundation Training Center is ideal for hands-on training, product demonstrations and education sessions. The center has two locations for hands-on training and product demos – an indoor and outdoor area, complete with bleacher seating and ventilation. Classroom space is available for up to 80 people and a conference room can be rented for groups of fewer than 12 people.

The rental fee includes LCD projectors, laptop, Wi-Fi, sound system, screens, staff support, promotional exposure, receiving and disposing of materials, indoor and outdoor demo areas as well as food and beverage options.

Pricing for a full day for members is $500, a half day is $300 and conference room use only is $200. Nonmembers pay $600 for a full day, $400 for a half day and $2350 for conference room use.

The training center is 23’ x 65’ and the demo area inside is 25’ x 36’ with 13’ ceilings. The outside demo area is 10’ x 40’ and is covered. Bleacher seating and folding chairs are available.

Beverage are available for purchase and FRSA Staff can either provide local catering options or handle it for a 10 percent surcharge.

FRSA Staff will also handle shipping, receiving and even shipping items back at the renter’s expense.
