The first half of the class will focus on the logistics of an insurance claim. We will define insurance related terms, outline procedures and protocols, and offer realistic examples of each step of the claim process based on actual claims.
The second half of the class will then apply that established information to the sale and customer relations. The class will also provide multiple resources for documenting and systemizing the claim/customer process (i.e. tools, software, CRM platforms, and contract development).
