If the homeowner expects claim success it starts with a solid narrative so they understand the role the contractors plays and the various things that will take place throughout the process. Contractors need to understand the importance of documentation and the various strategies of delivering that documentation. The adjuster meetings have changed and this class will cover communication strategies that will help your team have a plan. The strategies surrounding repair to replacement continue to change and a great deal of the work is done in asking questions or setting things up before presenting the issues surrounding repairs.
