RCAW Salmon Derby Competition

Join RCAW Members and friends at the 10th Annual Salmon Derby at the Point Defiance Marina on July 26, 2024, starting at DAWN, all Salmon MUST be weighed by 2pm at the Point Defiance Marina.

You MUST check-in at the RCAW Registration Table BEFORE you weigh your fish to get an official. Salmon Derby wrist band and FREE Salmon Raffle Ticket to win an amazing prize. We will be searching for the BIGGEST salmon and hand out thousands in cash and prizes.

Winners will get your name on the infamous RCAW Salmon Derby Trophy and bragging rights are on the line. Lunch will be served at 11am, on the dock while listening to the LIVE Billy Shew Band. You can use your own boats fishing in areas, 10, 11 & 13, OR you can rent them from the Point Defiance Marina by calling (253) 404-3960 (MUST call at least 2 weeks ahead of time). You can also fish off the Point Defiance Marina Dock. AND if you're really into it, join Donovan Gladstone, RCAW Board of Director, Salmon Derby Chair, along with RCAW Executive Director, Amanda Fields, RCAW Board Members, Nick Krumweide, RoofSmart and Allison Woslager with Integrity PNW do a polar plunge into the water after the event is completed. We look forward to including ALL roofing professionals in this fun, once-a-year, exciting event.
