Liability Waiver: To streamline our registration process, we are asking EACH PARTICIPANT to send us their signed waiver prior to the outing. Download the waiver here, or on our website. We are not anticipating any additional restrictions due to COVID-19 however; we will follow any restrictions in place at the time of the outing.
Dress Code: Shirts with collars and golf shorts or slacks (No jeans) No metal spikes allowed.
Registration Opens: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Everyone must register to receive lunch and dinner tickets
Range Opens: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Free to registered golfers.
Lunch Served: 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (BURGER IN A BOX: Fresh Grilled Burgers, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Cookie, Soft Drinks or Bottled Water).
Snacks: Candy bars, chips and crackers will be available on Beverage Carts.
Shotgun Start: 12:30 p.m.
Dinner Served: Immediately following the outing. (Prime Rib, Fried Chicken, Scalloped Potatoes, Vegetable of the Day, House Salad, Dinner Roll and Dessert, Soft Drinks or Bottled Water. (There will be a cash bar)
Fees:
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded during our dinner following the outing. Prizes include Team Low Gross, Team Low Net, 4 closest to the pin, one longest drive and one shortest drive (both must be in the fairway). Members are encouraged to donate prizes.
