The Industrial Commission and the Roofing industry have come together to form an Alliance. The alliance is to help with the challenge that many roofers have in helping their employees to understand the importance of tying off. As a result – ARCA has been put in charge of tracking certified Fall Protection training. After this training the employee receives a card with their picture that confirms the training has taken place. Come get your employees certified through this new program. If you are currently not a member of the Alliance we invite you to participate in this innovative OSHA sanctioned program that will help keep your employees safer. Contact ARCA for more details.

• Photo must display employee's whole face unobscured, centered, and as main focus (taking up at least 60% of photo real estate)

• Employee may not wear a hat, sunglasses, or any non-vital accessory obstructing the view of his/her face
