ARCA - CPR and First Aid Classes (English and Spanish)

In the CPR/First Aid course we will be covering the following areas: Before giving care and checking an injured or ill person; cardiac emergencies and CPR; breathing emergencies; sudden illness (allergic reaction, diabetic emergencies, stroke, etc., environmental emergencies (cold & heat); soft tissue injuries, and injuries to muscles, bones and joints. The modules will include hands-on practice with CPR mannequins, splinting, and wrapping wounds as well as participant involvement in dealing with worksite first aid situations.
