1 Week Roofing Academy - In Person - St. Louis, MO

he GAF Roofing Academy will provide a comprehensive low slope commercial roofing training. The graduates of the program receive an OSHA 10 and a GAF Roofing Academy certification. This class is sponsored by the local Roofers Union, (United Union of Roofers & Waterproofers and Allied Workers) Local #2 who is looking to bring on-board more apprentices to the market. Completion of the program signals to roofing employers that the graduates have the proper entry-level skills for a roofing installation career.

Class Schedule:
April 23rd- April 26th

Tuesday -  Thursday 9am - 4pm

Friday - 9am - 12pm (Job Fair)

Program Details:
-This program will focus on teaching the basics of low slope commercial roofing installation.

-The graduates of the class will have the knowledge and skills to enter into the commercial roofing industry.

-Graduates will receive a certificate of completion as a GAF Roofing Academy Certified Graduate.

-Upon Completion, graduates will have the opportunity to interview with our certified contractors and employers in the area for full-time employment.

-Transportation to and from training facility is the responsibility of the attendee.

-Graduates will receive $200 value of tools upon proof of employment.

-A $250 sign on bonus will be issued after the first 30days of job retention.

-Light breakfast and lunch provided each day.

-Registrants must have reliable transportation/drivers license.

-Registrants must be able to pass UA testing.
