Leading building materials manufacturer CertainTeed is pleased to announce that it will be displaying a selection of its top tier sustainability-focused roofing and solar solutions at Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) 2018, June 27-28 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Calif.

The CertainTeed showcase at booth #867 will include solar offerings that enable builders to meet California’s Title 24 solar requirements which start in 2020. CertainTeed’s Solar Builder Program bundles together high-performance solar systems, installation resources, comprehensive product and workmanship warranties, and flexible financing options to provide a turnkey solution for deploying solar on new construction.

Featured CertainTeed Solar products include:

  •        Apollo® II and Apollo Tile II Solar Roofing Systems– CertainTeed’s signature low-profile solar roof system, Apollo II, is the pinnacle of roof-integrated energy production, with each all-black solar shingle producing 63 watts of rated power. Its sleek, lightweight design easily integrates into new or existing asphalt shingle roof installations. The Apollo® Tile II system comes with the same features, but integrates with new or existing concrete tile roofs for sustainable energy production without sacrificing aesthetics.
  •        Solstice® Solar System– Utilizing some of the highest-efficiency panels on the market today, the rack-mounted Solstice system is CertainTeed’s standard solar solution. With 60-cell modules up to 305W and 72-cell up to 370W available, Solstice can be configured in a variety of ways to best suit the needs of the customer. Solstice systems installed by CertainTeed’s Credentialed or Master Installers also qualify for CertainTeed’s comprehensive system warranty, which covers workmanship and all major system components for up to 25 years.

Visitors to the booth will also be able to see CertainTeed’s wide offering of Solaris® cool roof shingle colors, which includes a variety of designs across the Presidential® and Landmark® asphalt shingle brands. All Solaris colors can be used to comply with 2016 California Title 24, Part 6, Cool Roof requirements.
