You would think this would be a no-brainer, but you would be surprised how many contractors let this one slide. Just because you are a hard-working person that is busy running your business doesn’t mean your team is too busy to not answer the phone. Your phone is the first (human) connection your customer has with you. This interaction will determine if they buy your services or not. If you don’t have the time, hire a receptionist or a call service to handle your phones.
